Tolics Testimony Closed to Public
The Trial Chamber of the Bosnian Court made a decision to exclude the public from the testimony of Josip Tolic, who is on trial for crimes in Bosanski Brod and Odzak, in order to protect the intimate life of the defendant.

This decision was made as per a proposal of the Defence team and the defendant Josip Tolic.
Tolic, a former member of the 102nd Brigade of the Croatian Defence Council is charged with taking part in abuse of Bosnian Serb prisoners in Odzak and Bosanski Brod from May to October 1992.
The trial will continue on December 5.
