The three Defence witnesses failed to appear at the trial of Sadikovic, former member of the armed forces of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, who is charged with having killed four Serb civilians in Kasatici village in May 1992.

The Defence has given up the examination of two of the witnesses, but it will try to invite Novica Milosevic once again. In case he refuses to appear, it will give up his examination too.

At a hearing held on July 2 presiding judge Jasenko Ruzic said that the Defence got in touch with this witness, who expressed fear from coming to the trial in Sarajevo.

A new hearing is scheduled for October 24.
