The Prosecution included, as evidence, a report and drawing made at a location in Kucice, near Zavidovici, from which the body of Zuhra Husanovic was exhumed.

Kostadinovic was supposed to testify at the trial of Ranko and Zeljko Rakic as well as Marko Stankovic, former members of the Republika Srpska Army, who are charged with having committed crimes against the Husanovic family in Kucice village.

The Court will invite the witness again, but in case he fails to respond again, he will be apprehended.

The indictees are charged with having insulted, mistreated and beat the householder in Hasanovic’s house and then ordered him to run away to the agricultural field, which he did.

The soldiers then took his wife, deaf and dumb daughter and young granddaughter towards a hill and set the house on fire. A short time after they had left the place, a gunshot was heard. The wife’s dead body was later found on the hill.
