The Defence of indictee Djelilovic presented nine pieces of evidence, including criminal reports, as well the information against persons, who were detained in Silos.We are hereby presenting a criminal report against Predrag Kapetina made in 1992, information issued by the District Military Prosecution, as well as a report on temporarily confiscated objects, said Defence attorney Lejla Covic.Testifying at a hearing on June 19 this year, witness Kapetina said that he spent three-and-a-half years in detention in Silos.The Defence presented several documents, which were previously presented to witness Mladen Veseljak during the course of his testimony. Testifying before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, on June 17, Veseljak, former judge of the District Court Martial in Zenica, said that he tried prisoners in Tarcin in 1993.Prosecutor Zorica Djurdjevic objected to the lawfulness of some of the pieces of evidence presented by the Defence.Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Halid Covic, Becir Hujic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, are charged with crimes committed in Silos, Krupa military barracks and 9. maj school building.According to the charges, at that time Djelilovic was President of the Municipal Assembly, Crisis Committee and wartime Presidency of Hadzici municipality.The Prosecution alleges that Hujic was Manager and Deputy Manager of Silos and that Halid Covic performed those same functions. Mesanovic was one of the Deputy Managers in Silos and Manager of a detention camp in Krupa military barracks, while Kalember was a guard in Silos. The other indictees were members of military and police authorities.The Defence of Fadil Covic included, in the case file, 19 pieces of material evidence, most of which were issued by the District Court Martial in Zenica. The trial is due to continue on August 18.
