The trial should begin on Tuesday, June 17 with the reading of the indictment, presentation of introductory statements and examination of the first State Prosecution witness.

The retrial of Zeljko Ivanovic before the Appellate Chamber is due to begin on that same day. The Court of BiH discontinued the execution of his 24-year sentence for assistance in the commission of genocide in Srebrenica, because the Constitutional Court quashed the second instance verdict against him due to the wrong application of the law.

In June last year Ivanovic was sentenced for having participated in the capture of Bosniak men and escorting the men to a hangar in Kravica village, where about 1,000 captives were killed.

On  Wednesday, June 18 a plea hearing is due to take place in the case against Bosiljko and Ostoja Markovic, who are charged with having raped a minor in the Kotor-Varos area in 1992.

The Defence of Branko Vlaco, who is charged with crimes in the Vogosca area, is due to present its closing statement on Thursday, June 19.

On that same day the trial is due to continue in the case against Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes committed in the Hadzici municipality.

On Monday, June 16 the trials are due to continue in the case against Nikola Maric, who is charged with crimes in Prozor, Dragan Sekaric for crimes in the Gorazde and Visegrad areas, as well as Goran Saric, who is indicted for genocide in Srebrenica.

On that same day new witnesses are due to appear at the trials of Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic and Nihad Bojadzic, who are charged with crimes in Trusina, Konjic municipality, and Nedzad Hodzic and Dzevad Salcin, who are on trial for crimes on Mount Igman.

The continuation of the trial of Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Ivan Medic, Edib Buljubasic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic is scheduled for Tuesday, just like the examination of new Defence witnesses at the trial of Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian Nicolae-Vintila, whom the Prosecution of BiH charges with crimes in Sarajevo.

The trials of Aleksandar Cvetkovic, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica, and Oliver Krsmanovic, who is indicted for crimes in Visegrad, are due to continue on Tuesday.

The trial of Marinko and Zoran Bjelica and Novica Tripkovic, who are charged with crimes in the Kalinovik area in 1992, continues on Wednesday with the examination of new Prosecution witnesses, while the trial of Josip Tolic, whom the Prosecution charges with crimes in Bosanski Brod and Odzak, is due to continue on Friday.
