Bosniak Soldier Jailed for Jablanica Womans Murder

The defendant came to the yard of Anica and Stipe Zelenika, along with two other Bosnian Army soldiers, and Ruza Tutis and her sister Iva Pavlovic were there, the verdict said.
Scuk asked them whether they had a gun and Iva replied that they did not. Scuk then entered the house and found a gun, then approached Iva and told her: You are going to suffer. After that he shot her in the neck, and Iva Pavlovic died of those injures, it said.
The verdict can be appealed at the supreme court.
