Zakir Kalem said that he was in their house in Kasatici village, along with his brother Sacir and nephew Sedzad, on May 25, 1992, when they heard shooting.
Sedzad went out to give water to cows. He went back and told us that Maca had killed the Milosevics, Zakir Kalem said.
Testifying at this hearing, Adem and Admir Kalem said that they found out from Sedzad that Izet Hujic, also known as Maca, had killed the Milosevics.
Adem Kalem said that he was in a house next to Sedzads house with his brother Admir and some neighbours on that day.
Sedzad came and said: Oh men, we cannot stay here any longer. That fool killed the Milosevics. We asked him who and he said: Maca, Adem Kalem said.
These witnesses said that they found out, later on, that Macas name was Izet Hujic.
At that time I did not know who Maca was. About 15 days later I found out that Macas name was Izet Hujic. But, I did not see Maca in the village at that time, Admir Kalem said.
Azemin Sadikovic is on trial before the Sarajevo Cantonal Court for having killed Dejan, Jovanka, Aco and Srdjan Milosevic in Kasatici village on May 25, 1992.
The former member of the armed forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina is charged with having taken the members of Milosevic family out of the basement, where they were hiding, and shot at them.
When asked by Prosecutor Dragan Slijepcevic if they saw indictee Sadikovic in Kasatici on May 25, 1992, witnesses Adem and Admir Kalem answered negatively.
Admir Kalem said that he was suspected of this crime along with Sadikovic and that he spent a hundred days in detention because of that.
I was given a paper, saying that there is no evidence against me, the witness explained.
The trial is due to continue on January 14 next year, when the Defence will examine three more witnesses.
