Trial Postponed Due to Indictees Obligations at The Hague
The continuation of the trial for mistreatment of prisoners of war, former members of the Territorial Defence, in Smoluca, Lukavac municipality, before the Cantonal Court in Tuzla has been postponed due to absence of one of the indictees.

One of the four indictees is at The Hague, where he will appear at one of the war-crimes trials before The Hague Tribunal as a witness.
The Tuzla Cantonal Prosecution charges Milorad Cvijanovic, known as Micko, Milorad Cvijanovic, son of Milan, Svetomir Ilic and Vaso Ilic with crimes against prisoners in Lukavac municipality in June and July 1992.
The continuation of the trial is scheduled for December 16.
