The witness, Andja Zaric, told the court on Thursday that on July 28, 1993, two men came to the Battle of Neretva museum where Croat civilians from the village of Doljani near Jablanica were being held.
She said that one of them called out the names of two female prisoners, who are both protected witnesses at the trial (codenamed D and H).
In the evening a man came, pointed his finger and said: You and you. The two of them went out, recalled the witness.
Zaric said that around 3am, a soldier brought back the two women who were terrified and crying.
The next day, she said she complained to the guards and was told by one of them that defendant Bojadzic had taken them. However she could not name the guards when asked by the defence.
Bojadzic, former deputy commander of the Zulfikar detachment of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is charged with the beating, sexual abuse and rape of Croat prisoners who were held in the museum in 1993.
Another witness, Ruza Milicevic, also testified about the alleged rapes.
She said she was detained in the museum on July 28, 1993, and confirmed that protected witnesses D and H were taken away that night, but said she did not know which soldier did it.
She said that several hours later the women came back crying, adding that she learned from other prisoners that they were raped at the Zulfikar detachments HQ, Rogica Kuce in Donja Jablanica, just outside the town.
No one said who raped them, said the witness.
She also said that while she was imprisoned in the museum she never heard anyone mention defendant Bojadzic.
The trial is set to resume on May 30.
