The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina ordered Alispago into home custody, as well as other prohibiting measures.

“The competent police administration will visit the indictee on a daily basis. The prohibiting measures include a ban on travelling, the temporary confiscation of all travel documents, a ban on issuing a new passport or crossing the Bosnia and Herzegovina border using his personal identification card, a ban on contacting co-indictees, witnesses and other persons who have any type of information about this case, including a ban on approaching them within 100 metres,” the Court’s decision of July 13 says.

In case the indictee violates any of these rules, he will be ordered back into custody.

Alispago is charged, along with Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic and Nihad Bojadzic, with the attack on Trusina village on April 16, 1993, when 18 civilians and four members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO were killed.

According to the charges, Alispago was Commander of the “Zulfikar” Squad, Bojadzic was his Deputy, Memic, Salcin and Hodzic were members of the Squad, while, as alleged by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hakalovic was a member of the “Neretvica” 45th Brigade.

Alispago has been held in custody since February 3, 2010.
