At a pre-trial status conference the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that it would need a total of 44 days for the examination of witnesses and presentation of material evidence.

The State Prosecution charges Jukic, former member of Rama Brigade with the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, with having persecuted Bosniak civilians in the period from July to the end of September 1993.

Jukic is charged with having mistreated a civilian by putting a lit cigarette on his face and making a sign of a cross on his right cheek in the Fire Brigade building in Prozor, where HVO military police was based, on or around July 7 1993.
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina said that it would examine 81 witnesses, including nine protected ones, during the presentation of evidence.

Zlatko Milovic, Defence attorney of Jukic, did not present his evidence presentation plan at this hearing.

The State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA arrested Jukic in November 2011. He has been held in custody since. The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment against him on February 24, 2012. A second indictment was filed against Jukic, which was confirmed in March this year.
