Branko Mitrovic, Prosecutor with the Banja Luka District Prosecution, announced he would need one day for presentation of evidence against Milan Todorovic, who is charged with war crimes against civilians.“We are planning to examine one court expert and six witnesses, including injured party Muhamed Zulkic, who lives in Finland,” Mitrovic said.Todorovic is charged with having attempted to kill Muhamed Zulkic in Celinac on May 30, 1995. The indictment alleges that Todorovic threw a bomb at Zulkic, which caused severe bodily injuries to the injured party.Todorovic is defending himself while at liberty.
