The witness spoke about the events that took place in Srebrenica in July 1995. The witness asked for protective measures because of “the threats I keep receiving all the time”.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina charges Zeljko Ivanovic, former member of the Second Special Police Squad with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, MUP, of Republika Srpska, with having participated in capturing and shooting more than 1,000 Srebrenica residents in the Kravica Agricultural Cooperative, Bratunac municipality, on July 13, 1995.

He is charged with participation in a joint criminal enterprise with an aim of “exterminating a group of Bosniaks” by forcibly resettling them and capturing and shooting men and boys.

The trial continues on August 26.
