Two former Bosnian Serb soldiers and an ex-policeman were charged with crimes against humanity over the torture and subsequent forced disappearance of six Bosniaks from Visegrad in 1992.
The state prosecution filed an indictment on Friday charging Momir, Petar and Mirko Tasic with committing crimes against humanity in the Visegrad area during wartime.

Two former Croatian Defence Council members were jailed in separate cases for raping women in the Orasje and Odzak areas during the war in 1992.
The state court in Sarajevo on Friday sentenced former Croatian Defence Council military policeman Mato Baotic to ten years in prison for raping three women and mistreating a detainee in the Orasje area in 1992.

Elvir Muminovic was the third former Bosnian Army soldier to be arrested for allegedly raping and sexually assaulting an under-age Serb girl in the Sarajevo area in 1993.
The Bosnian state prosecution announced on Thursday that Elvir Muminovic was arrested on suspicion of raping and sexually assaulting the Serb girl during the war in 1993.

Former Croatian Defence Council fighter Ilija Juric was sentenced to six years in prison for committing rape in the Odzak area in 1992.
Following a retrial, the appeals chamber of the Bosnian state court on Monday convicted Juric of raping a woman in the Odzak area in 1992, together with other soldiers.
