Despite a court order, former Bosnian Serb fighter Slavko Savic has failed to pay 15,000 euros in compensation to a woman he raped in Vogosca near Sarajevo during wartime.
At the trial of four former Bosnian Serb soldiers, a prosecution witness said that he was abused and tortured with electric shocks at a local barracks in the town of Bileca in 1992.
Witness Marinko Pazin told the state court on Tuesday that he was arrested and taken from Rotimlje near Stolac to Bileca, where he was abused in a classroom in the barracks in May 1992.

Testifying at the trial of three Bosnian Serb fighters charged with crimes in Rogatica, a protected state prosecution witness said she was raped along with a protected witness known as S3 near a church house in June 1992. S3 was a minor at the time. The witness also said a protected witness known as N1 was raped on the same night.
The first state prosecution witness testified at the trial of Krsto Dostic, charged with wartime rape in the Foca area. The witness said he heard that the victim in the case had been raped and that women in the area singled out the victim’s neighbours, Krsto and Bozo Dostic, as perpetrators.
A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of five former Bosnian Army members said he was ordered to perform forced labour while being detained in a school in Potoci near Mostar.
The state prosecution has called upon the state court to repeal a verdict which acquits Ilija Juric of charges of crimes committed against civilians in the Odzak area in 1992.
The defense of Bosiljko and Ostoja Markovic asked the appeals chamber of the state court to repeal the verdict against them. The defendants were both sentenced to ten years in prison for the wartime rape of a 14 year old girl in Kotor-Varos.
