Former Bosnian Territorial Defence force member Jasmin Erovic was cleared of raping a Serb woman in an apartment in Sarajevo in 1992.
The Bosnian state court on Friday acquitted Erovic of taking a woman from a basement where she was being held with other Bosnian Serbs to an abandoned apartment in Sarajevo and raping her.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in a first-instance verdict has jailed Dragan Janjic for seven years for rape in the Foca area of eastern Bosnia in 1992 – while acquitting him of other charges.

Former Bosnian Serb soldier Vuk Ratkovic was sentenced to eight years in prison for the repeated rape of a woman in Visegrad during the war in 1992 and 1993.
The state court in Sarajevo on Wednesday found Vuk Ratkovic, a former member of the Visegrad Brigade of the Bosnian Serb Army, guilty of raping a woman three times in the period between June 1992 and January 1993.

The Bosnian state court in Sarajevo on Friday found Former Bosnian Serb Interior Ministry employee Milisav Ikonic guilty of having forcibly taken a woman from the secondary school building in Rogatica in July 1992 to an apartment, where he raped her.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has sentenced Bosnian Serbs Momir Tasic to 14 years in prison and Petar Tasic to ten years for crimes committed in the town of Visegrad in eastern Bosnia in 1992 – while it acquitted Mirko Tasic.
