During an appeals hearing held before the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, FBiH, the Prosecution calls for a longer imprisonment for Frane Vulic for crimes in Capljina, while the Defence calls for the renewal of the trial or acquittal.

As the trial of Hajrudin Dedic before the Zenica Cantonal Court continues, Defence witnesses say that it is not known to them that civilians were mistreated in the Police Station in Breza in 1992.

As the trial for crimes on Mount Igman, Hadzici municipality, continues, a State Prosecution witness says that indictee Nedzad Hodzic beat him in a fallout shelter.

As agreed at a status conference, the trial of four indictees, who are charged with crimes in the Bileca area, is due to begin on June 17 this year with the reading of the indictment and presentation of introductory statements.

The Bosnian State Court has sentenced ex Bosnian army soldier to eight years in prison for the inhumane treatment of Serb civilians in Srebrenik, while his co-defendant was freed.
