A witness and former prisoner at the Susica detention camp testified at the Zarije Ostojic trial and said the defendant assaulted him twice during his detention.
A former Republika Srpska official testifying in Goran Vujovic’s defense said he spoke to detainees held in the student dormitory in Bileca in 1992. The witness said they didn’t complain to him about their living conditions, and added that he didn’t see any injuries on their body.
The trial of Damir Lipovac will began at the Bosnian state court on Tuesday, December 22. Lipovac has been charged with war crimes in the Derventa area in 1992.
A military expert testified at the trial of eight former members of Bosnian military and police forces charged with war crimes in Hadzici. The expert said the municipality of Hadzici was of strategic importance for the security of Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of five former members of the Bosnian Army said he was in charge of detained Croat civilians and a work squad in wartime Mostar. He said he received his orders from defendant Enes Curic.
The state prosecution presented more than 50 pieces of material evidence at the trial of three former members of Bosnian Serb police forces charged with war crimes in Bileca. The evidence included documentation on the arrest of Bosniaks by police forces in Bileca.
