29. February 2012.
A Defence expert witness says, at the trial of four indictees, who are charged with genocide before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that members of the Tenth Reconnaissance Squad with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS were invited to help execute a task on July 16, 1995, but they did not know what the task was at that time.


10. January 2012.
The State Prosecution and Defence of indictee Miralem Macic file a guilt admission agreement with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina concerning crimes in Bradina village, near Konjic, but the Court has returned the agreement for amendment, as one count was missing from it.


9. September 2011.
Witnesses who are granted protection measures and appear at war crime trials before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, say that their identity is often uncovered, forcing them into a life of fear because of threats and pressure.


3. August 2011.
A newly founded association called, Help in Protecting Prisoners' Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina, intends to supervise the respect of human rights in prisons in Bosnia and Herzegovina.


25. May 2011.
The State Court accepts a guilt admission agreement signed between Miroslav Anic and the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina for participation in an attack on Stupni Do village and schedules the pronouncement of a verdict for Tuesday, May 31.
