At the trial for the crimes committed in Kotor-Varos, witness for the prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina said that during the war he accepted the loyalty agreement offered to him by defendant Dragoslav Bojic, former commander of the police station.


8. September 2014.
Testifying at the trial for crimes in Kotor-Varos, a State Prosecution witness says that indictee Dusko Vujicic, who forced detainees to sing “Chetnik” songs, used to beat him during his detention in 1992.


29. January 2014.
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina files a motion, requesting the extension of prohibiting measures against eight indictees, who are charged with crimes in Kotor-Varos, while the Defence teams object to the proposed ban on witnesses and indictees meeting each other, because the ban would disturb their preparations for defence.
