Savo Tepic, Dusko Vujicic, Dragoslav Bojic, Dusko Maksimovic, Radojko Keverovic, Rade Skoric and Ilija Kurusic all denied charges of participating in the the persecution of Bosniaks and Bosnian Croats from their homes in Kotor Varos area from May 1992 until the end of the year.

Tepic, the Bosnian prosecution believes, was the chief of the police station in Kotor Varos and the member of the Crisis Staff in that municipality, Bojic was the commander of the police station, Vujicic was active police officer, Maksimovic, Skoric and Keverovic were reservist policemen, while Kurusic was member of the Bosnian Serb Army.

The indictment against them was confirmed on January 21, and the court imposed prohibitive measures last December.

Since all seven men denied the charges, their trial will start in the next 30 to 60 days.
