On the second day of his testimony in the trial for crimes in Trusina near Konjic, the accused Mensur Memic stated that after having joined Zulfikar Unit of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ABiH) on 7 April 1993 he was not immediately assigned to take part in the operation.


20. March 2013.
As said at a status conference, indictees Mensur Memic and Dzevad Salcin are due to testify in their defence at the trial for crimes in Trusina, near Konjic, while Nihad Bojadzic may appear as a witness as well.


8. March 2013.
After two and a half years, the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has completed the evidentiary hearing in the trial of six former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, who are charged with war crimes committed in Trusina near Konjic.


12. February 2013.
In the trial for crimes committed in Trusina, Konjic municipality in 1993 the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina presents, as evidence, audio recordings and transcripts of intercepted conversations between indictees Zulfikar Alispago and Nihad Bojadzic, as well as Sefer Halilovic, the then Chief of Main Command Headquarters of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina.


18. December 2012.
As the trial of six former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, continues, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina presents nearly 50 documents, most of which relate to the conflict between the Croatian Defence Council, HVO and ABiH, and crime in Trusina village, near Konjic.


13. November 2012.
Military expert Nehru Ganic determines that the Zulfikar Squad was not part of the Main Command Headquarters of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, but the First Corps on April 16, 1993, when crimes were committed in Trusina village, near Konjic.
