Hodzic, who is currently on trial for murders in Trusina village in April 1993 was arrested on suspicion of taking part in crimes committed in the Silos and Krupa prison camps in Hadzici, and the Musala camp in Konjic.
Hodzic was arrested in September 2009 on suspicion that together with Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nihad Bojadzic and Zulfikar Alispago he took part in the murder of 18 civilians and four members of Croat Defence Council (HVO) in Trusina village on 16 April 1993.
The indictment against the six members of BiH Army was confirmed on 11 March 2010 when the trial started.
Hodzic was released since the BiH Criminal Procedure Code provides that the accused may be incarcerated up to a maximum of three years from the date of indictment confirmation and until the verdict is pronounced.
However, the State Prosecution ordered Hodzics arrest on suspicion that he tortured and sexually mistreated 29 detainees, and killed detainee Jadranko Glavas in the Silos, Krupa and Musalaprison camps.
Hodzic will be handed over to the BiH Prosecution which will file a motion for custody with the State Court.
