At the trial of Radovan Karadzic, the witness for the prosecution Nenad Kecmanovic called the multi-ethnic make-up of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, whose member he was in summer of 1992, a “facade for the world” which President Alija Izetbegovic used to “camouflage” his policy of “Muslim domination” in the “unitary” Bosnia.

Testifying at Radovan Karadzic’s trial, the Defence’s ballistic expert Mile Poparic continues denying the allegations that the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, under the indictee’s supreme command opened sniper fire on civilians in Sarajevo.

Testifying before the Hague Tribunal, former Mayor of Skelani municipality Dane Katanic says that, during their meetings in mid-July 1995 Radovan Karadzic did not mention the murders of Bosniaks from Srebrenica to him.

Retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, Mirko Trivic says at Ratko Mladic’s trial that Radovan Karadzic’s directive issued in March 1995, instructing the VRS to create “unbearable conditions” for the life and survival of the Muslim population in Srebrenica and Zepa, represented some kind of sanctions on the enclaves.
