The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina renders a decision to join the case against Dragan Neskovic and Zoran Ilic, who are both charged with crimes committed in Srebrenica, with the case against Dragan Crnogorac.

The trial of Dragan Neskovic and Zoran Ilic, who are charged with crimes committed in Srebrenica, is due to begin on December 22, when introductory arguments will be presented.

The State Prosecution has filed a motion requesting the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to extend custody of Dragan Neskovic and order Zoran Ilic, who has been defending himself while at liberty since January this year, into custody.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has ordered one-month custody for Goran Markovic, who is suspected of genocide committed in Srebrenica in July 1995.
As per a motion filed by the State Prosecution, the Court ordered the suspect into custody on the grounds that if he were to remain at liberty he might disturb the public order or interfere with the course of the criminal proceedings by influencing witnesses.

The State Investigation and Protection Agency has arrested Goran Markovic, on suspicion that he participated in the genocide committed in Srebrenica in July 1995.
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina suspects that Markovic, as Commander of a Unit with the "Jahorina" Squad of the Special Police Brigade with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, participated in the genocide committed in the UN protected zone of Srebrenica in July 1995.
