At the trial of four indictees who are charged with genocide committed in Srebrenica a Prosecution witness says he saw indictee Dusko Jevic in Potocari after the fall of Srebrenica, identifying Jevic in court.


15. June 2010.
Prosecution witness Mile Janjic says at the trial of four indictees charged with genocide committed in Srebrenica that members of the "Jahorina" Police Squad were present in Potocari on July 12 and 13, 1995, adding that he saw indictee Mendeljev Djuric there.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirms an indictment against Nedjo Ikonic for genocide committed in Srebrenica in July 1995. The indictment alleges that Ikonic, as Commander of the Second Company with the "Jahorina" Training Center of the Special Police Brigade with the Ministry of Interior, MUP, of Republika Srpska, RS, participated, from July 10 to July 19, 1995, in a joint criminal enterprise with the aim of deporting women and children and killing male Bosniaks from the Srebrenica enclave.

21. December 2009.
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has ordered one-month custody for Goran Markovic, who is suspected of genocide committed in Srebrenica in July 1995. As per a motion filed by the State Prosecution, the Court ordered the suspect into custody on the grounds that if he were to remain at liberty he might disturb the public order or interfere with the course of the criminal proceedings by influencing witnesses.

18. December 2009.
The State Investigation and Protection Agency has arrested Goran Markovic, on suspicion that he participated in the genocide committed in Srebrenica in July 1995. The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina suspects that Markovic, as Commander of a Unit with the "Jahorina" Squad of the Special Police Brigade with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, participated in the genocide committed in the UN protected zone of Srebrenica in July 1995.
