On the second day of his testimony, defendant Selman Busnov said he didnt have any information on the Serb population being treated incorrectly by the Stupari police in Kladanj.
At the trial of former Bosniak forces accused of unlawfully detaining Serb civilians, a defense witness said the Serb population which was housed in teachers buildings in Kladanj in 1992 and 1993 regularly received their pensions.

On his third day of testimony, defendant Safet Mujcinovic said he didnt receive complaints from Serbs about the behaviour of his subordinate, Nedyad Hodzic. Both Mujcinovic and Hodzic have been accused of war crimes in Kladanj.
During second day of testimony at the trial for crimes committed in Kladanj, the indictee Safet Mujcinovic denied that he beat persons of Serb nationality during interrogation regarding possession of weapons.
