A court expert, invited by the Defence of Goran Viskovic, says that "the authorities in Vlasenica" decided to accommodate Bosniaks "in the Susica collection center" as a way of protecting them in the spring of 1992.
Radovan Radinovic, a court military expert, presented his analysis of the security situation in Vlasenica Municipality before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as per a request made by the Defence of Goran Viskovic, a former military policeman with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who is charged, together with Predrag Bastah, a reserve policeman with the Public Safety Station in Vlasenica, with a number of crimes committed against Bosniak civilians from Vlasenica.
