A district prosecution witness testifying at the trial of four former members of the Bosnian Army accused of war crimes in the Gorazde area said he heard about the abuse of prisoners who’d been captured in Trovrh.
The Igor Milosevic trial began with a reading of the indictment and the presentation of introductory statements at the district court of Eastern Sarajevo. Milosevic has been charged with the murder of a civilian in the Trnovo area in 1995.
The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested Milenko Krsmanovic due to suspicions that he planned to murder Sarajevo attorney Muhidin Kapo, a witness at his upcoming trial.
