Prosecution witnesses testifying at the Milenko Krsmanovic trial said injured party Muhidin Kapo and 20 other civilians fled the Rogatica area through Mount Romanija in July 1992. The civilians intended to reach Olovo.
Blagoje Vlacic’s defense attorney asked the district court of Eastern Sarajevo to release him from his duties. Vlacic has been charged with committing war crimes in Sekovici in 1993.

A defense witness testifying at the Igor Milosevic trial said the defendant deserted the Bosnian Serb Army in the summer of 1994. He said he saw the defendant in Serbia a year later. Milosevic has been charged with war crimes in the Trnovo area.
Three witnesses testified for the district prosecution of Eastern Sarajevo at the trial of four former members of the Bosnian Army. The witnesses said a group of people who had been captured at Trovrh in the municipality of Gorazde were brought into the Gorazde police station. The witnesses, who were being held in custody at the police station, said the Trovrh captives were beaten.
The trial of Zarija Ostojic began again with a reading of the indictment and the presentation of introductory statements by the district prosecution of Eastern Sarajevo. The trial proceedings were restarted because Ostojic’s defense attorney had been replaced.
The district court of Eastern Sarajevo accepted a proposal by the defense to order a new expert examination of the injured party at the trial of Dragisa Cacic, Milenko Cacic and Vojo Motika. The defendants have been charged with war crimes in Rogatica.
