At the trial of six indictees charged with crimes committed in Trusina, Prosecution witness Elmedin Causevic says that indictee Zulfikar Alispago asked soldiers to respect the rules of war and he “became dear” to them because of that.

At the trial of six former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, a State Prosecution witness says that indictees Senad Hakalovic and Nihad Bojadzic did not participate in an attack on Trusina village on April 16, 1993. Prosecution witness Enes Gagula, former member of the Neretvica 45th Mountain Brigade with the ABiH, said he did not remember seeing the two indictees during the course of the attack on Trusina village in April 1993.

At the trial for crimes committed in Trusina village, near Konjic, a State Prosecution witness says he heard that members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, killed civilians in the village.

A former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina says before the State Court that he participated in an attack on Trusina village in April 1993, adding he later heard that some civilians had been murdered in the attack.

At the trial of six indictees charged with crimes committed against Bosnian Croats in Trusina village, near Konjic, a village resident said he saw soldiers, dressed in camouflage uniforms, on the morning of April 16, 1993, adding he later heard that those soldiers were members of "Zuka's unit".

31. August 2010.
The trial of former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina charged with crimes against Croats in the village of Trusina has been scheduled for September 8. Prosecutors told a pre-trial conference in the case of Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Nedzad Hodzic, Nihad Bojadzic and Senad Hakalovic that they would call 107 witnesses.

Hasan Hakalovic, former Commander of the "Neretvica" 45th Mountain Brigade of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has been arrested on suspicion that he participated in crimes against Croats in Trusina village in April 1993. Acting on a warrant issued by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA, arrested Hasan Hakalovic on suspicion that he took part in crimes against civilians and prisoners-of-war.
