Due to legal regulations, Zupljanin might not be extradited to the Hague Tribunal until early next week, even though he was arrested outside the Serbian capital on June 11.

After the Court of BiH confirmed the indictment against Marko Skrobic for war crimes against civilians, it should now render a decision concerning the prosecution's request to refer this case to a lower court.

Milenko Glavas was arrested more than a year ago and was released shortly after - but the investigation against him continues.
