Stojan Zupljanin appears before the Hague Tribunal for the second time and denies the 12 counts, contained in the indictment, charging him with crimes in Bosanska Krajina.

A Defence witness claims that Skrobic was with him completing a task, when Stojko Glamocak was killed.

Due to legal regulations, Zupljanin might not be extradited to the Hague Tribunal until early next week, even though he was arrested outside the Serbian capital on June 11.

After the Court of BiH confirmed the indictment against Marko Skrobic for war crimes against civilians, it should now render a decision concerning the prosecution's request to refer this case...
