At the status conference before the start of the evidence hearing by the defence of Edin Dzeko, who is charged with crimes committed in Jablanica and Trusina, the Trial Chamber accepted all the witnesses proposed for examination.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina requests an extension of custody for Nedzad Hodzic, who is suspected of crimes in the Igman area. The Defence objected to the proposed measure.

As agreed at a status conference, the trial of Osman Brkan and Ibro Macic, who are charged with crimes against civilians in the Konjic area, is due to begin on July 5.

Presenting its appeal against a verdict under which Eso Macic was sentenced to 15 years in prison for crimes committed in the Konjic area, the Defence requests the Court to acquit the indictee, while the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina objects, requesting the Court to confirm the verdict.
