21. September 2012.
The Hague Tribunal’s President has rejected a motion filed by representatives of victims from seven Bosnian municipalities, who asked the Tribunal to appeal against the decision to acquit Radovan Karadzic of genocide charges committed in 1992 following the end of the Prosecution’s evidence presentation.


19. September 2012.
At the trial of Bozidar Kuvelja, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica, the Trial Chamber conditions the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina to enable the Defence to examine protected witness PW-100 or else a transcript of his testimony before the Hague Tribunal will not be admitted as evidence.


27. July 2012.
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina requests the custody extension for Savo Zivkovic, who is suspected of crimes against humanity in the Bratunac area in 1992, due to the existence of a fear that he might influence witnesses and accomplices. The Defence requests the Court to release the suspect to liberty.
