13. December 2013.
Presenting her closing statement at the trial for crimes in Stolac and Capljina, the State Prosecutor says that it has been proved that Ivo and Veselko Raguz committed war crimes against the civilian population and that they should be “sentenced according to the law.”


20. November 2013.
By presenting the remaining pieces of material evidence in response to Defence’s evidence, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina completes the presentation of evidence at the trial of Veselko and Ivo Raguz, who are charged with crimes in Stolac and Capljina.


6. November 2013.
As the trial for crimes in the Stolac and Capljina area continues, a court expert in military issues says that the documents he has reviewed do not contain evidence that members of the Fourth Battalion of the Brigade disarmed Bosniak members of that unit or participated in the arrest and detention of civilians during the summer of 1993.


25. September 2013.
Testifying in defence of Ivo Raguz, who is charged with crimes in Stolac and Capljina, a witness says that the allegations by a State Prosecution witness, who said that he used to see him in Kostana hospital in 1993, are not true.
