At a status conference, the Trial Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina determines that the trial for genocide committed in Srebrenica will begin on March 10.
At a status conference concerning the case of Momir Pelemis and Slavko Peric, former members of the Zvornik Brigade with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, the Trial Chamber announced that "the indictment will be read and the two parties will present their introductory arguments" on March 10.

The State Court allows the defence teams of Momir Pelemis and Slavko Peric to take extra time to study the court documentation and prepare for the plea hearing "in a professional manner".

The State Prosecution files a custody extension motion with the State Court, in the case of the two former members of Zvornik Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army, charged with genocide.
