Judge Azra Miletic appeared before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and pleaded not guilty to charges of accepting a bribe. Defendants Senad Sabic and Ramo Brkic, whom the indictment charges with having given the bribe, pleaded not guilty as well.

A plea hearing in the case of Azra Miletic, a state court judge charged with bribery, has been scheduled at the Bosnian state court on September 28.

The Bosnian state court has refused a request to refer the trial of state court judge Azra Miletic to a lower instance court.
