In its closing arguments at the trial for crimes committed in Bosanska Krupa, the State Prosecution says the three indictees are guilty of the crimes for which they are charged, calling on the Trial Chamber to pronounce a sentence prescribed by the law.

The Defence teams of Gojko Klickovic, Mladen Drljaca and Jovan Ostojic have used an array of evidence, presented before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina over the course of the past 18 months, in an attempt to prove that their clients did not participate in crimes committed in Bosanska Krupa in 1992.


28. September 2010.
At the trial for crimes committed in Bosanska Krupa, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina presented a revised indictment that no longer contains the charge alleging that Gojko Klickovic, Mladen Drljaca and Jovan Ostojic participated in a joint criminal enterprise at the state level.

25. August 2010.
A defence witness at the trial for crimes committed in Bosanska Krajina said Jovan Ostojic was not present in the town at the beginning of August 1992. Dane Maric, a former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, said he saw Ostojic in Kupres.

Gojko Klickovic one of the indictees, charged with crimes committed in Bosanska Krupa, appears at the trial and continues presenting documents in an attempt to prove that Bosniaks were "resettled" from the area "for security reasons".
