A state prosecution witness said he heard that defendant Mile Kokot participated in the shooting of his father in the village of Fajtovci in the municipality of Sanski Most. His father died from his injuries.

Testifying in his own defense, Zdenko Andabak said he didn’t have a command role during a disarmament operation in conducted in Grborezi, a village in the municipality of Livno.
Testifying at the Milenko Krsmanovic trial, a district prosecution witness said he and another policeman transported the injured party in the case from Sokolac to Rogatica.
Testifying at the trial of fourteen defendants charged with attacking civilians in the village of Zecovi in the municipality of Prijedor, a state prosecution witness said she hid in the basement of a house in the village with women and children during the attack. Serb forces attacking the village then set the house on fire.
A state prosecution witness said Ivan Kraljevic, also known as Ivica, was present once during his examination and beating in a prison in Ljubuski, but he did not participate in it.
A defense expert testifying at the Zdenko Andabak trial said the defendant didn’t guide him on how to prepare his findings and opinion. Andabak has been charged with war crimes in Livno.
