Three witness expected to testify for the district prosecution of Eastern Sarajevo at the trial of Zarije Ostojic failed to appear in court again. Ostojic has been charged with crimes in Vlasenica.
A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of fourteen former members of Bosnian Serb military and police formations said he saw people lying in front of several houses during a military operation in the village of Zecovi in the municipality of Prijedor. The witness said he assumed they were dead.
Testifying in his own defense at the trial of six former Bosnian Serb fighters charged with crimes committed in Teslic, Dario Slavuljica said fighters who shot civilians on Mount Borje couldn’t reject the order to do so.

Continuing his testimony in his own defense, defendant Zdenka Andabak said he saw a shoot out begin in the yard of a house in Grborezi in the municipality of Livno. He also said he saw two bodies.
State prosecution witnesses testifying at the trial of four former members of the Bosnian Serb Army said they tried to help their wounded neighbour, Tahir Ceric, after he was shot in the village of Fajtovci in the municipality of Sanski Most in 1992.
The first defense witness to testify at the Dragan Glogovac trial said he didn’t see a prison in the Franjo Herljevic hunting lodge in Kamenica in the municipality of Zavidovici in mid-July 1992. According to the indictment, civilians and prisoners of war were held in the hunting lodge.
