Testifying for the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the trial for genocide in Srebrenica, Dean Manning confirms that remains that were found in graves around Srebrenica suggest that the men were killed as prisoners, not as soldiers in combats.

At a status conference before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Trial Chamber decided that the trial of Sasa Baricanin, who is charged with war crimes committed in the Grbavica district of Sarajevo, will begin on April 20. Following the reading of the indictment and the presentation of introductory arguments by the Prosecution and Defence, Prosecutor Behaija Krnjic announced that three witnesses who lived in Grbavica in 1992 would give their statements at the next hearing.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed a motion with the Court asking it to order custody of Novica Tripkovic, who is suspected of war crimes committed in the Foca area, while the Defence objected to the motion.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed a motion with the State Court, asking it to order a two month extension of the custody of Veseliu Vlahovic, known as Batko, who is suspected of crimes against civilians committed in Sarajevo.
