Zemir Kovacevic appears before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and pleads not guilty to the charges that he committed crimes against the civilian population in the Bosanski Brod area in 1992. “Honourable Court, I plead not guilty to all of the counts contained in the indictment,” Kovacevic said.

Testifying before the State Court at the trial for crimes in Vares, a State Prosecution witness says that a policeman, who was detained with him in the “Autotrans” and “Sumarstvo” buildings in Vares, was visited several times by his sister, who testified as a protected witness at this trial.

Testifying at the trial of Albina Terzic, who is charged with crimes in Odzak area, a Defence witness says that he drove the indictee by car from Kutjevo to Pozega in the Republic of Croatia in June 1992. Tomislav Mandic, who testified in defence of the indictee, told the Court that, as he was on his way back from Kutjevo a couple of days prior to his wedding, he picked up his friend Marija Mihalj, who asked him to drive her and Albina Terzic to Pozega.

A former member of “Rama” Brigade with the Croatian Defence Council, HVO pleads not guilty to the charges that he committed crimes in the Prozor area in 1993. Zeljko Jukic pleaded not guilty to the charges contained in the State Prosecution's indictment, charging him with crimes against humanity committed against Bosniak civilians in Prozor municipality in 1993.

On request of the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the State Court remanded in custody Edin Dzeko, under suspicion of committing crimes in Trusina, municipality of Konjic, in 1993. According to the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Dzeko, former member of the Zulfikar Special Purposes Detachment with the High Command of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be held in custody for a month, until January 21, 2012.

Jasko Gazdic pleaded not guilty before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for crimes committed on the territory of municipality of Foca in 1992 and 1993. "I plead not guilty on all counts of the charges against me," said the defendant Gazdic before the judge about the hearing that preceded it.

Presenting its closing statement at the retrial for crimes in the Bihac area, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina says that indictee Suljo Karajic is responsible for the crimes, calling on the Appellate Chamber to pronounce a sentence in accordance with the law, in other words, imprisonment longer than 18 years.
