There are some who believe, particularly the victims of war crimes, that the expert analysis of indictees, which decides whether an indictee is fit to stand trial for war crimes before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is in fact an unnecessary drain on budgetary resources and obstructs the court proceedings.

At the trial of six former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, a State Prosecution witness says that indictees Senad Hakalovic and Nihad Bojadzic did not participate in an attack on Trusina village on April 16, 1993.
Prosecution witness Enes Gagula, former member of the Neretvica 45th Mountain Brigade with the ABiH, said he did not remember seeing the two indictees during the course of the attack on Trusina village in April 1993.
