Ilhana Tahmaz-Jamak, Spokesperson of the Supreme Court of FBiH, said that the Mostar Cantonal Court’s verdict was quashed due to substantive violations of the criminal proceedings provisions.
“It was ordered to the first instance Court to eliminate the substantive violations of the Criminal Proceedings provisions during the retrial,” said Tahmaz-Jamak.
In October 2013 the Cantonal Court in Mostar sentenced Scuk to six years in prison for having committed crimes against civilians in the Jablanica area. He was pronounced guilty of having killed Iva Pavlovic in Krkaca hamlet on July 28, 1993.
