The Bosnian State Prosecution asked the court to convict Albina Terzic for crimes committed in the northern Bosnian town of Odzak in 1992 and pronounce “an adequate” sentence.

Testifying at the trial of Zemir Kovacevic, who is charged with crimes in Bosanski Brod, a State Prosecution witness says that her husband and three sons were killed in Sijekovac on March 26, 1992.
Milja Zecevic said that “neighbour Zemir” from Sijekovac killed her husband Jovan and son Petar, adding that she did not know who killed her sons Milan and Vaso.
The Appellate Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina reduces sentences against Ljubisa Vranjes and Mladen Milic by two years, sentencing each of them to eight years in prison for crimes against the civilian population in Kotor-Varos in June 1992.
