Testifying at the trial for crimes in the Visegrad area, a Prosecution witness says that indictee Milos Pantelic hit him in May 1992, after he had been taken away from his house in Kabernik village.

The State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA arrests Zoran Milic, who is suspected of crimes against the civilian population in the Busovaca area in 1993. Milic, former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, is suspected of having participated in the murder of four Bosniaks, caused bodily injuries to civilians and destroyed their property unlawfully and arbitrarily.

14. February 2013.
The Bosnian state court found fighter Slobodan Grujic not guilty of participating in the murder of ten Bosniak civilians in the north-eastern Zvornik municipality in 1992. The trial chamber in Sarajevo ruled on Thursday that the prosecution failed to present enough convincing evidence to prove that the defendant, a member of the Baljkovica unit of the Bosnian Serb Army, was an accessory to the murders on May 10, 1992.

Testifying at the trial for crimes in Visegrad, a protected State Prosecution witness says that he managed to escape a shooting in the summer of 1992 by giving a bottle wrapped in banknotes to a man, who was guarding a bus transporting him to Sokolac.

Testifying at the trial of three indictees, who are charged with crimes in Visegrad, a State Prosecution witness says that his wife was killed and set on fire in Smrijece village in June 1992, adding that he saw her burning in a stable.
