The pronouncement of the verdict against Mikulic, former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, is scheduled for Thursday, April 10. Under a first instance verdict, which was revoked by the Appellate Chamber, he was sentenced to six years in prison.
 
On Tuesday, April 8 the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is due to present its closing statement at the trial of Edin Dzeko for crimes in Konjic and Jablanica. One day later, closing statements are due to be presented at the trial of Zemir Kovacevic for crimes in Sijekovac village, Bosanski Brod municipality.

On Friday, April 11 a hearing is due to be held at which the parties will present their appeals against a first instance verdict in the case against Novak Djukic for crimes committed in Tuzla. Djukic was released from custody after his verdict had been quashed due to the wrong application of the criminal law.  

A pre-trial status conference in the case against Nikola Maric, who is charged with crimes in Prozor, is due to be held on Tuesday, while Savo Tepic, Dusko Vujicic, Dragoslav Bojic, Dusko Maksimovic, Radojko Keverovic, Rade Skoric and Ilija Kurusic, who are charged with crimes in the Kotor-Varos area, are due to enter their plea one day later.

The trial of Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Nihad Bojadzic and Zulfikar Alispago for crimes in Trusina, near Konjic, is scheduled to continue on Monday, April 7. On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case against Goran Saric, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica and Dragan Sekaric, who is indicted for crimes in the Gorazde and Visegrad areas.
 
The trial of Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Ivan Medic, Edib Buljubasic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic for crimes in Dretelj detention camp, near Capljina, is due to continue on Tuesday, April 8.
 
On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case against Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian-Nicolae Vintila, who are charged with crimes against Serb civilians in Sarajevo, and Branko Vlaco for crimes against the non-Serb population in detention facilities in Vogosca.  

On Wednesday new State Prosecution witnesses are due to be examined at the trials of Vitomir Rackovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, and Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are indicted for genocide in Srebrenica. On that same day new Prosecution witnesses will testify at the trial of Indira Kameric, who is charged with crimes in Bosanski Brod.  

The continuation of the trial of Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in Hadzici municipality, is scheduled for Thursday, April 10. On that same day the trial is due to continue in the case against Nedzad Hodzic and Dzevad Salcin, who are charged with crimes on Mount Igman.

On Thursday new witnesses are due to be examined at the trials of Nihad Bojadzic, who is charged with crimes in Jablanica, and Josip Tolic, who is indicted for crimes in Odzak and Bosanski Brod.  

The trial of Vehid Subotic for crimes in Zenica is due to continue on Friday, April 11.

The retrial of Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emir Mustafic, who are charged with crimes in Krajina, is due to continue next week.
