The case of Dragan Petkovic and the case of Mustafa Divjan, Ferid Delic and Alija Gazibara will be processed at the cantonal court of Sarajevo.
Petkovic, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, has been charged with crimes committed against civilians in Sarajevo in 1992. He allegedly participated in the mental and physical abuse of several detainees in detention camps in the municipality of Centar in Sarajevo, as well as the execution of one detainee.
The cantonal prosecution in Sarajevo has charged Divjan, Delic and Gazibara with crimes committed in the Hadzici and Ilidza area in April 1993. The unconfirmed indictment alleges that they are suspected of murder, torture and the inhumane treatment of Serb detainees in the Silos detention camp.
