Ikonic, Lubarda and Ilic have been charged with raping several Bosniak women in June and July 1992.

According to the charges, Ikonic was a member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, while Ilic and Lubarda were members of the Bosnian Serb Army.

As previously announced by the state prosecution, the defendants allegedly forcibly took Bosniak women and girls out of a secondary school center and church to apartments in Rogatica, where they raped and sexually abused them. Ilic has also been charged with having raped an underage girl.
