Pavo Glavas is on trial with Ilija Glavas, Marijan Brnjic and Martin Barukcic, all former members of the 102nd Brigade of the Croatian Defense Council in Odzak.

According to the charges, in the summer of 1992 they brought victims from various locations to houses and other buildings where they raped, assaulted, abused, threatened and humiliated them.

The indictment alleges that Glavas committed two rapes.

All four defendants were arrested in April 2014. Martin Barukcic has been the only defendant defending himself at liberty.

The trial began in October 2014. The presentation of the defense’s evidence is currently underway.
